We manage the full design process and council consents, and connect you with reputable house movers and builders who specialise in this type of work.

Service 04

Consents & Documentation

Dealing with councils can be time-consuming and confusing. We prepare all your consent documentation — resource consents, building consents, and any supporting reports — and manage the submission process on your behalf.

We know what Auckland Council and Whangarei District Council need, and we write applications that are thorough and clear to minimise delays and RFIs.

Small consents, LBP sign-offs and certificate of title queries also welcome.
